I know someone who did and got caught. I was out there yesterday and nothing is dead or smelly around the feeder. I've noticed the last few times i've gone to fill my feeder that there's about 35 buzzards that seem to have made a home within 100 yards of my feeder, i don't get many. Good thing about these baits is skunks don’t go for them. Obviously the meat won't be any. They keep coming back, almost daily. Check the dates on these.
